1. Have your Kirk’s invoice available.
Please have your Kirk’s EMS invoice ready as you will need the patient’s name, DOB, and Account/Run Number to proceed with online payment.

2. Choose your payment option.
You may pay with either credit card or ACH. If you choose ACH, you authorize Kirk’s EMS to initiate ACH debits to your account. You may revoke this authorization by calling Kirk’s billing provider at 888-205-0764 within 3 business days prior to the authorized processing date.

Q: How do I get my insurance information to you?
A: You may send a copy of the front and back of your insurance card via email to program502@zoll.com or fax at 580-210-5050 with your invoice – be sure to include your run number.

Q: Why did my insurance carrier deny Kirk’s EMS claim related to a transport?

Q: My bill was sent to collections. How do I resolve this?
A: Contact the collection agency at the telephone number listed on your statement. Kirk’s EMS uses an outside entity to handle collections and they are best equipped to handle your questions.
